Performance Analysis Visits 2022/23
As most of you will be aware, from September onwards our Service Improvement Managers begin visiting members to deliver their Performance Analysis Visits (PAVs). PAV’s are bespoke annual presentations tailored to each organisation’s needs which provide an in-depth review of Charter Performance over recent years, benchmarked against the wider sector and peers of your choice.
It is an opportunity for discussion, learning from others and sharing best practice across the sector. These can be delivered to staff, committee, elected members and tenants – the choice of audience is up to you, and these can be delivered in person or via Microsoft Teams.
