This course will explore all the recognised options that are available to staff working with hoarders as well as help organisations to create policy procedures and protocols .
This community of practice is aimed at housing practitioners who are responsible for coordinating and managing service monitoring and improvement activities.
We will be joined by Derek Rankine, Policy Manager at Surf for a discussion around 20 minute neighbourhoods and how this can work in rural communitites.
