Post: Membership Administration Officer

Location: Home-based (Scotland), with travel across Scotland, as required

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: Grade 6, £30,462 rising to £33,508

Contract: Permanent

Scotland’s Housing Network is the largest housing data insight and benchmarking network and practice exchange organisation in Scotland. We have circa 140 Local Authority and Registered Social Landlords as members. Our purpose is drive up the standards of housing services across Scotland using data intelligence and by identifying and sharing good practice. We are a registered charity and operate a ‘member first’ approach in everything that we do.

We are looking for a professional, proactive and member‑focused Membership Administration Officer to join our team.  This new post has been created as we seek to improve our services and communications to members and support our growth.  The postholder will play a vital role in ensuring that our membership services run smoothly, our communications are of a high standard, and our members receive the support they need from SHN.

The successful candidate will work closely with our CEO and Service Improvement Managers to provide high-quality administrative support across our membership services.

The post offers agile working, with home your default, and will include some travel across Scotland, usually in the central belt.
