Performance Analysis Visits (PAVs)

A PAV provides you with a level of externality to your performance improvement processes.  We will provide you with bespoke benchmarking groups, and work with you to plan your visit to meet your specific needs and audience.

A Performance Analysis Visit (PAV) provides a detailed view of your organisations’ performance benchmarked nationally, against your peer group and your choice of other landlords. A PAV provides you with assurance of externality, and we can present these to your senior team, staff, tenants’ representatives, or other bespoke mix of stakeholders.

Why take a PAV?

  • To provide you with assurance of externality, your performance will be analysed by a third party.
  • The results of your analysis will be delivered to your senior team, staff, tenants’ representatives, or other bespoke mix of stakeholders.

This service is included in the cost of membership for local authorities and available to RSLs for a modest additional fee (£420 + VAT).
