New for 2024. This service provides you with an analyis of housing affordability across each housing market area by benchmarking the value of local income to housing cost.

This analysis is disaggregated so that housing affordability can be tested by housing market area, property size and property type. This service is included in the cost of membership for local authorities and RSLs.
