Evidenced based decision making has never been more important than it is today. We provide a range of data and performance benchmarking services for our members. We work in collaboration with our members to ensure that the services that we are offering continue to evolve to meet your needs.
We provide all Charter and Network Indicator data for you. You have full access to data across the sector and within your peer group, data that is only available to you as an SHN Member. You can cut and scrutinise data in a myriad of ways to suit your needs.

Annual and Quarterly Network Data Indicators
In addition to the Charter data, we also provide additional benchmarking services that are exclusive to our members. We collect data from our participating members on a quarterly and annual basis, providing you with bespoke insight to support your performance management and decision making. Last year we saw a significant increase in the number of landlords who completed Annual Network Indicators and we want to continue to build on these improvements. The Network Indicaotrs collection template should be completed and returned to us at data@scotlandshousingnetwork.org by Friday 7th June 2024.
Quarterly data submisison
Quarterly data allows members to track their Charter performance relative to others in the sector throughout the year. To participate in the Quarterly data collection, simply download the most up-to-date version of the Quarterly data collection here. Quarterly returns are due on the last working day of the month, the month after the quarter ends. For Q4 of 2023/24, the submission deadline date would be Tuesday 30th April 2024. Submissions should again be sent to data@scotlandshousingnetwork.org or directly to boris.mingay@scotlandshousingnetwork.org.
