This community of practice is a closed group for representatives from the non-stock holding local authorities to support them with the challenges that are unique to them in fulfilling their statutory homelessness duties. As a member of this community of practice you can expect to have access to up to four events per year, a dedicated online discussion forum, data dashboards, access to guidance documents and other publications. DVFM Report – Tenant Satisfaction in New Affordable Housing 2022-2025

This is SHN’s first report on tenant satisfaction in new developments. The findings are based on feedback from 413 tenants living in 723 new homes delivered by seven local authorities and nine registered social landlords between July 2022 and November 2025.
